In this series, we’ll explore what it means to practice acceptance with the help of the Alexander Technique. We explore fundamental principles of self-love, as well as the language we use and the thoughts we give ourselves. We look to nature for inspiration, and delve into the questions we ask ourselves when we feel stuck.
